History

Between 1995 and 1997, I commuted between Canberra and Sydney on a weekly basis and missed the smell and draw of the sea. My inspiration is the marine environment around Australia, an island where most people live on the coast. I find the water calming, refreshing and reinvigorating.

Selected for ‘Australia Dreaming’, quilts to Nagoya, Japan. Publication in ‘Australia Dreaming, quilts to Nagoya’ produced for The Quilters’ Guild by JB Fairfax Press 1995. Pg 64
