History
The quilt was made by Billie Briggs in Oklahoma USA in the mid 1960s as a learning project. She was a child of 8 to 10 years and her grandmother insisted she learn patchwork at an early age. Iris Briggs is caring for the quilt while Billie is in the USA and it is still being used.
Description
One patch scrap quilt in a wide variety of cottons, patterned and plain. It is hand quilted. There is a muslin interlining and the backing is cotton.
