History

Large format texile art. "As a teenager, I loved the long hot days of summer. I used to spend as much time as possible on the beach, surfing and sunning, listening to music, dancing, rubbing on the suntan lotion and talking to friends. Life was full of fun and laughter. Texture invokes the feel of the sand. The colours reflect the beach and the heat. Australia is up-side-down because I’m now sewing in the hottest time of the year! And Australia is the ‘Land Down Under’."
