History"Inspired by the television program ‘The Block’. I was drawn to the patterns created by the ‘mess’ around the construction site and just like the workroom here the quilting is done, it eventually all comes together in a cohesive whole. I constructed several cameo pieces attending a jewellery workshop. I also used some textural and interesting pieces I had saved."
