History
The design inspiration came from the tile floor of St Marks Cathedral, Venice, Italy and was the first original Alison Muir design. The design was developed into a pattern which sold through The Quilters’ Guild from 1984 to 1988. The quilt was given away as The Guild’s 1984 Raffle prize
