The quilt was made by Estella Goldie Hendershot Dingley (1898-1976) of Piney Plains, Maryland USA between 1971 and 1972 as a wedding present for Gene and Margery Creek. It is still used. The quilt was made to fit two single beds pushed together.
Polyester/cotton pieced quilt in 'Double Wedding Ring' pattern. Made in the USA. Calico backing and polyester padding.
