The rug was made by Louisa (Narangga woman), Marion Bay on the Yorke Peninsula South Australia c. 1900. It was donated to the South Australian Musuem by JH Johnson in the early 1900s.
Description
Wallaby skin rug of small rectangles stitched together with sinew. The back of the rug has been scored in diamond patterns.
